Poly System
Safe's Polysystem has been used successfully in the Netherlands since 1986 and is now well known in Belgium and Central Europe. This unique modular support system is patented and has been further developed on the basis of more than 30 years of practical experience. The system is fully galvanised, thoroughly tested and proven under the most severe conditions. Thanks to a wide range of additional components, the Poly system is suitable for all segments of concrete construction, from residential and commercial construction to civil and industrial construction.
Residential construction – fast, safe and efficient
In residential construction, speed and efficiency are key. But so are safety and profitability. Poly offers significant advantages on the construction site. Fixed system dimensions, easy-to-handle system components and prefabricated working platforms makes assembly considerably easier. Commercial construction – versatile and economical
A wide variety of building styles, varying floor heights, repetitive floor layers, voids and cantilevered floor slabs. Commercial construction involves a wide variety of characteristics. Therefore, you want a flexible support system. With Poly, you can go in any direction. High-load Polystempels can be connected both in height and width. In combination with aluminium beams and H20 beams, a limited number of props is therefore sufficient. This means shorter assembly times and therefore economically attractive solutions.
Civil engineering – high load capacity, short production time
Civil engineering places heavy demands on the adjustment range and load capacity of a support system. At the same time, there are often large distances between the uprights, unique and free formwork shapes, sloping surfaces and considerable time pressure. These are ideal situations for Poly. The versatility and wide applicability of Poly really come into their own under heavy conditions. The entire structure, made up of easy-to-handle components, has a particularly high load capacity and is also safe and quick to assemble.
Industrial construction – the heaviest loads, the highest safety
High supports that can bear loads of over 100 kN. Special centre pieces and spindles that can be assembled surprisingly quickly. All of which can be connected to the other system elements. Poly also offers convincing advantages for industrial construction. But safety comes first. Safe makes no compromises in this regard. Especially not on industrial construction sites, where work is often carried out under harsh conditions.
