Westwing Tower: beautiful closing piece of Westwing Park
By order of Alheembouw, Safe is helping to build the 13-storey Westwing Tower in Roeselare. This office tower with parking garage for about 350 vehicles is the final piece and showpiece of the Westwing Park. The Westwing Tower brings the ultimate office experience to the most strategic location in West Flanders.
Safe mounts its Poly-fall head support structure under the more than 13,000m2 of weight-saving floor slabs. All wet strips between the floor slabs are also sealed from the support system. We do this by using cross girders that are mounted 18 mm lower. This creates space to mount the formwork slab on the cross girders. The longitudinal and transverse girders are released with a simple tap against the drop head, after which they can immediately be used again on the next floor.
Safe loading platforms
To transport all the equipment from floor to floor, Alheembouw uses two of our loading platforms. Sturdy platforms with dimensions of 5000 x 2800 mm and a maximum load of 2000 kg.
