In the ports of Antwerp, chemical giant Ineos is building project ONE. When this project is completed, the Belgian port city will have the most sustainable ethane cracker in Europe. Safe is proud to participate. Twice even!
For the TM SCO-MBG, Safe supports a tank slab with a concrete surface of almost 8,000m2. This tank slab with a thickness of over one metre is located at a height of 1,700 mm. We provide the engineering for this and supply the materials and labour. A big job! Over 40 km of H20 girders were used as child trusses in order to deck out the 9,000m2 formwork!
And there's more. Commissioned by JV Stadsbader Contractors - Franki Construct - Willemen Infra, Safe is also providing the support structures for the various Table-Tops. These beam frames with a dense deck on top reach heights of up to 17 metres. In total, we will assemble and disassemble some 25,000m3 of support material. Super safe, of course, because that is paramount at Ineos!
