Hart van de Waalsprong is located in the newest district of Nijmegen-Noord and is conveniently situated between Spiegelwaal, Graaf Alardsingel and the railway line. This new-build project will be the residential and shopping heart of the Waalsprong district, with a total of 500 owner-occupied and rented homes plus 35 retail units. Commissioned by Dura Vermeer, Safe will co-build the two centrally located urban blocks within the plan area - Block D and E - totalling 37,000 m2 of floor space to be supported. At an earlier stage, Safe had already reached agreement with CA Bouw Kockengen regarding blocks A, B and C. Construction of these residential blocks with a floor area to be supported of approximately 17,500 m2 is already underway.
