Multi-storey housing development? Safe!

In the recently concluded coalition agreement, our cabinet expressed its ambition to build around 100,000 houses every year. A large proportion of these homes to be built involve stacked housing. Safe is ready for it!

With the in-house developed and unique Polyvalkop system, supporting the commonly used wide slab floors is a breeze. Even compared to the traditional stamp-badding solution, the Poly system offers many advantages;

> Due to the high load capacity of the strut and longitudinal beam, a larger bay size is possible, a larger bay size = less material and automatically means lower standards for assembly and disassembly.

[gt] Less material in the housing bay also means that less material needs to be transported to
the construction site and thereby also a reduction in the crane capacity required.

[gt] Simple through-tensioning using the drop head; by releasing the drop head, it is possible to reduce support
to such an extent that only a few props remain behind as props in the nave, enabling an early start of installation work, for example.

[gt] By using aluminium longitudinal girders as underlay with a maximum length of 2.4 metres, the likelihood of damage during dismantling to façade-closing elements is considerably lower than for 5.0-metre long baddings.

The system is therefore perfectly applicable when the façade closure is directly integrated in the shell of the building, but Safe also has an extremely safe solution when the façade is closed at a later stage. The half-edge table developed especially for stacked housing construction offers customisation for open facades and scaffolding-free construction. Easy to hoist and extremely safe due to working from behind the handrail. Fast and efficient!
