That is why we invest in custom-made hearing protection. Not just to follow legal guidelines, but mainly because we believe that safe and healthy working is the basis for a sustainable future. Health and well-being come first. By taking this step, we ensure that our colleagues can do their work safely - and still enjoy music, conversations and all the beauty that sound has to offer outside working hours.
Our employees in the logistics department, where all incoming material is cleaned and sorted and all outgoing material is prepared, received their hearing protection this week. To increase their job satisfaction, they were also allowed to choose, in addition to otoplastics, a custom-made hearing protection with Bluetooth connection for safe music listening. We have been testing this over the past few weeks to see whether it met our expectations.
Our mechanics working on the building sites will soon get their otoplastics.
