Project manager in the Randstad region

Place of employment is your home address, with a meeting once every 2 weeks at the head office in the Eindhoven region (Beek en Donk).
Your responsibilities:
You are responsible for the process from enquiry to assignment.
After start-up, you follow up the planning and execution by drawing, reporting and site visits, and you are responsible for budgetary follow-up and proper aftercare.
You advise clients on our products, solutions and services.
You develop and maintain client relationships.
What we ask:
For this versatile position with many own responsibilities, we are looking for a colleague with a (higher) technical education (Mechanical) Architecture, Civil Engineering or equivalent through experience. You are driven and enthusiastic, solution-oriented and a team player.
You have excellent communication skills and a commercial streak.
Some years of experience in (concrete) construction are a plus.
